Account Profile billing info

Website Account Profile - where is billing info ?
I received an email saying that I'll soon be charged for auto-renewal.  That's fine.  I can see auto-renewal is turned on under "Products" section of website.  But I can't find where to review my credit card info and/or edit it.  I want to know in advance which card you're going to be charging and have the opportunity to change that to be a different one.
How are you going to auto-renew me if you don't have my billing info ?

Secondly, is there no email support option?  For questions like this I really don't want a phone call, nor have to mess around with webchat gadget widgets.  No email ?
