I have made it clear on several occasions that I do not want to renew my account with AVG. In spite of this, I have now received a message saying that £79.99 has been deducted from my bank account. Your chat function is not working, and I am sitting on the phone to your customer service department listening to music while nobody answers. I WANT THIS MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. How do I do this?
