Could you tell us what kind of email you receive AVG to your non registered email address?
Can you share us the screenshot of that email? So that we can check the legitimate of it.

Hi
I have an AVG account with one e-mail and I have been receiving subscription updates to another e-mail account.
The first e-mail has an AVG account but shows no subscription.
The second e-mail doe not have an AVG account, I have tried to reset password etc, but get no link in the mail account.
How do I get this resolved, as I can have the subscription details in my AVG account?
