So I had both the normal Avg and Tuneup FREE TRIAL on my computer. Just my computer, with no account tied to it. I simply signed up with my card. Everything was normal and I checked on it before my trial was up on how to delete it. All the information I found talked about deleting the account, but when I checked I did not have one. It had never asked for my email when confirming the trial. I searched for a solution and all I could find was to delete the programs off my computer and I would be fine. I went to delete the basic Avg and it asked if I wanted to convert to the free one for that, and I did. I then uninstalled the Tuneup. I went back and checked my subscription page (that I could access despite not having an account on my computer), and it simply had the free AVG listed now. Time passes and I am charged for both!! And I did not have nearly the amount needed to cover it, let alone be okay that it still charged me. I also was charged an overdraft fee that I can not pay either. I need help! I don't know if I can fix it on this end or just dispute the charge. I took screenshots before I uninstalled the program for proof of the numbers next to it. I didn't have an account, and took online advice from a customer service rep I saw deal with a similar problem, now I am 200 dollars in the hole. Please help.
