My account for Internet security (Ref 701-10642800) was renewed on 20 April for 3 computers. However I now have only two computers for which security is required. Is a refund for part of the payment of $129.99 AUD applicable?

Even if a refund is not applicable not could you please amend your records for future reference.

I am sorry to inform you that refund has been initiated for your AVG Internet Security, hence there is no option to cancel the refund process. However, you can reach our sales support team using this link and they will help you to purchase AVG Internet Security for 2 PC's with available discount.

Thank you for the refund for which I have now been notified. However I wasn't expecting a full refund as I still need cover for two of the three devices covered by the previous licence. When I followed the link to purchase a new licence as you suggested it appears that the only option is to purchase a licence for unlimited devices at a cost for a two year cover of $184.99 AUD.

I don't need cover for more than two devices. Given that my previous account was for $129.99 I am better off leaving it as it was. Is it possible for a cheaper cover for just two devices? If not can the previous arrangement be re-instated please?
