May I know exactly what happens when you sent the email in Outlook and also let us know, how do you confirm that AVG blocking it?
Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot (https://bit.ly/3fvgu0q) of the error message.
Please temporarily disable (https://bit.ly/3IpEDSz) the Email shield in the AVG Internet Security and check whether you're able to receive email in Outlook. 
If you're still unable to receive the email, then turn off the AVG Secure VPN and check the status.
Also, please let us know the version of AVG Internet Security.
To check that, open AVG Internet Security > Menu > About.

Since I installed certain services offered by AVG on my computer, I am having problems accessing some of the accounts that I have, one of them is MS Outlook I don't know why the emails that someone sends me don't enter, I have to be checking it on my phone. Other accounts such as Fanatics.com  my computer does not allow me to launch it and I have also had problems accessing my bank account. I don't know what to do, it's very annoying trying to lunch some accounts and not being able to. How can I solve this?
