Acct auto renewed and billed after cancellation

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the automatic renewal was disabled 16 days prior to the current expiration date. If the cancellation attempt takes place 15 days or less prior to the renewal date, it might at times happen that the renewal amount will still be charged and the license will be renewed. I cancelled my AVG subscription on April 21, 2018.  I received an email from AVG confirming cancellation of my acct and confirming no auto renewal.  Order #of my cancellation was included in AVG email.  Then on May 16, AVG sent email advising they would auto renew my acct anyway.  I was not able to log into my acct to i vestigate this I assume because it was cancelled.  On May 17, AVG billed my charge card for the renewal. 

I don't want this product anymore which is why I cancelled.  I want my money refunded.  Thank you.
