Let's have a look at it together. Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> Components -> Enhanced Firewall -> Application Rules -> check if you have blocked the connection.
Let us know the name of program which you think AVG Firewall is blocking its connection.

I would like to find the Blocked list in avg firewall or in avg settings, is I have a program that is blocked
and I want to unblock it , were do I do this, Thank you

Hi Ranjani, I found Application Rules but my program wasn't there.
it is bbs interbbs game were members telnet in
called Galactic Dynasty the exe is GalacticDynasty.exe
when avg scans these programs I didn't a a meesage to say avg will get back to me about it, went to quick so I might here tomorrow or I may not so can you
check that .exe out for me please and thank you

May I ask how did you narrow down that the issue was due to AVG Firewall?
Could you disable AVG firewall and see whether you are able to access "GalacticDynasty.exe" application?
Open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Enhanced Firewall"
Use the slider to turn off the protection temporarily.
Keep us informed about the status.
