Hello, I have reinstalled avg and i wanted to activate with my parent's key because they have the pro version for 3 pc and haven't an account.
So, I wanted to activate AVG like this: | AVG
but the option isn't avaible, so, I want to activate my product with the key without avg account, how can i do that ?

Hello Mathis,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please use this link to download and run the AVG remover tool. This will remove all the traces of old AVG files, once the remover gets complete. Please go to the C drive and delete the "AVG remover" folder. After which you can install the AVG Internet Security.

Thanks for your answer, I have remove the programme with the controle programme (AVG and AVG Protection) but when I try to install the new .exe file, I have this message: "AVG Internet security can't be installed because you have an incompatible AVG version on your PC"
May be because i have already the Framework folder (I can't remove it) ?
