After been through a hellish chat conversation this mornring, and dowloading 7 of the same app files one keeps coming to a dead end. I tried to call a British number about resolving the problem as a final option but I get diverted to an operator in India, I am not paying huge phone bills, the line went dead anyway after explaining my problem. From a courtesy point of view I would like to see an AVG technical support or expert calling me to deal with it and see if anything can be solved. I am flabbergasted and flumoxed so far. I think I made a bad mistake AVG Internet Security, nothing works and the system is doubtful and useless for me unless someone can resolve it!

Hi, Installed the program this afternoon, seems an impossibility to activate it, I feel disappointed, I went through all the motions (and emotions!) where to the point of needing to go to menu where there is supposed to be a activate box somewhere, which I do not have, the menu is very limited. I feel like I am not protected at all now I have purchased and installed it, my orders are visible on my account. I seriously could do with some help here, I already bought AVG Tune-up which seems to do its job. Help!! The chat options seems to have vanished and this appears the only way to get to someone.
I am getting a little bit exasperated here to be honest!
