I apologize for the inconvenience. I see that you have a valid AVG Ultimate till 6/14/2018 and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) till  7/31/2019. AVG Ultimate product comes with both AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tuneup. So, you can get refund for AVG PC Tuneup license.

I got an e-mail requesting that I activate my tune-up license…the instructions say to open AVG Tune-up, click on help, then click on Activate, however there is no activate option…where is it???
