May I know whether AVG icon on your dekstop is named as 'AVG PC TuneUp' or 'AVG TuneUp' on your PC? This is to confirm the version of AVG program and proceed further.

I payed and downloaded the AVG Tuneup multi device and received an activation code, but nowhere is a space to enter the code and activate the subscription. I followed the instructions as given after the download, but it says I need to pay a one of two year subscription. Is there someone that can help seen as I already payed for my subscription.

I have mannaged to active AVG Tune up at this stage, but when I want to use it to scan and fix, it tells me to buy a plan. Eventually I figured out the drivers of the AVG Tuneup is out dated. So I tried to update all the drivers. It gave me an option to enter my activation code after to activate the drivers, which I dit, but does not want to take it. Copy and paste the exact code...not sure what is next

If you have an active subscription for AVG Driver Updater, you can update your drivers on your PC. If not, you can purchase a subscription to update your drivers.

It says it is active, but seen as it does not want to scan without asking for payment...
Let me back track. I year ago I purchased the AVG tuneup, but I never received an confirmation email with needed details. The payment subtracted from my bank account, but no futher information. Only in my AVG account the subscription shows. At that stage I was not aware of the AVG community support page to ask for my confirmational e-mail with needed info (licence nr). This morning I recieved an e-mail telling me the purchase has been renewed and the money subtracted from my back account again. I followed in e-mails instructions. I also saw my activation code in my AVG acount, which I used to activate the renued subscription. but does not want to work... only says active next to it
