Hello Claud, sorry to know this. Could you please check whether your jGrasp program is working fine if you disable AVG? Please refer the following link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-disable-AVG to disable AVG program.Thank you.
Sreedevi Padmakumar (AVG Technologies),
I'm having the same issue and what you recommend will not work at all. It isn't AVG that is de-activated. AVG deactivated a different program. Instructions (or an option within AVG) should be provided to assist customers who have accidentally agreed to turn something off in that annoying little pop up AVG shows us in order to "reduce load". I clicked on "Deactivate" to see what would actually happen but was unable to click it a second time to re-activate it. In this case it was my extended screens, six of them, which I use for work. Turning off AVG will do nothing to re-activate something that has been disabled. We need instructions to re-enable these programs.
Using AVG is becoming risky!!!
