Help!! I am feeling immensely frustrated. I have paid for my license renewal which states clearly that no action is required, and that your licence renewal and activation will be automatic. However, I am daily reminded that my license cover has expired. I have attempted to activate my license with the new license number. However, each time I do this, the license number is not recognised. Why have I renewed my license and found that I am not in fact protected and that the license number is not valid. I would like to assistance to remedy the situation so that my computer is protected. otherwise, I have totally waste the $79 paid to do this.
