Please do not worry, I will certainly help you with the activation.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu and select 'About'.
On About page, click on 'Subscription' in the left pane.
Then click on 'Enter license number' to enter your new license number.
The program will update to paid version automatically.
You may have to reboot the PC once to finish the activation.
Hi I have renewed my license and have a new sign on.
AVG have sent me an e-mail explaining how to re activate my licence.
however the options in the drop down mwnu they refer to do not exist on my version of AVG.
