I apologize for the inconvenience. In the latest version, the main interface has been removed and there is no Connect option now. I have already replied to your same query in Facebook message. Please follow the same and fix the issue with AVG activation.
Instructed to open "connect" menu which I do not have! From there " log in to existing account" not possible because I do not have the menu! Been with AVG for over 10 years and each time I attempt to renew there is a problem. Surely there must be an easier way to renew/activate. I have Googled this problem as have many, many others… Elaine Hymas.
