We understand that you need help in activating the AVG program purchased. Please open the AVG icon present in your desktop or you can see the AVG icon at the bottom right of the computer. Once you open the AVG program, you can either see the AVG Zen interface or AVG Internet Security. In AVG Internet Security, you can see an option "Go To Zen", click on that to open the AVG Zen interface. In the AVG Zen window, at the top right corner, you will get an option "Connect". Please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount to activate the product.

i have purchased the pro protection but it says to activate you have to open AVG Zen nand it will recognize the purchase? how do you open Zen?
