I have a new license and tried to register it but the menu does not give me an option to register as shown on this instruction (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-activate-AVG-with-a-new-license-number).
Is there another way?
Yes AVG ZEN is installed.
Yesterday I used the uninstaller to remove the previous AVG products and reinstalled without success.

We are sorry to know that. To resolve the issue, I suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall/delete any remaining AVG applications from 'Control panel' and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then I request you to install your program by downloading from http://www.avg.com/us-en/download .Please follow these instructions and let us know the status. Thank you.
