If you are facing this issue with AVG TuneUp product and has purchased the product key then it is necessary to uninstall existing PC TuneUp program from your PC.
Since you were using AVG TuneUp trial previously that uses AVG my account credentials you aren't able to find the activation option to enter the license key.
