Sorry for the inconvenience, not to worry, your AVG Internet Security is valid till 2019 and the email you received is an automated email for an expired product. We request you to ignore that email.
Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> Subscription -> check its expiry date. If the product is valid till 2019, then you are protected else enter your license number to reactivate it. We are here if you need any further assistance.
Renewed my license over 2 weeks ago and pasted my new license into my AVG and everything seems OK. AVG did not seem to recognise that I had renewed my license and e-mailed twice asking me if I needed help in installing. Today I received another e-mail saying I would loose my protection if I did not activate my new license. The license number quoted is the one pasted into my AVG account when I renewed over 2-weeks ago. Should I be doing something else ??
Any suggestions gratefully received.
