Activate renewal

Hello, I am having the exact same issue. I renewed, got the email, downloaded nd installed, and it still shows that it will expire in a few days.

I regards to the above reply about activating using the new license number, the email says there is no license number and that ll that is needed is to log in with my credentials and it will be automatic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as says it expires in 3 days from now on January 23rd.

We're here to help. Does it still show old expiry date even after you re installed and activation using the new license number? Could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of it?

I renewed, received email with license number, followed the necessary steps & enter license number successfully. My renewal date on My Subscription still states Feb 21, 2019 while it should be January 19, 2010. There was some confusion since I had AVG for a single computer and AVG Internet Security for up to 10 computers, both. That was under a different license number, obviously. I uninstalled & reinstalled. Will the renewal date clear up on it's own?
