Hi, my husband and i share our laptop. We had the free version of virus protection with my husbands email and name on the acct. I ordered tune-up and didn't realize putting my own name and email now we aren't getting the option to enter the key to use the product. I uninstalled the free version of everything and reinstalled thinking it would allow me to re-enter the user info but it didn't and i don't know how to activate the product. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks
