Activating a new installation with licence no but not showing in my account

I have had AVG internet security and tune up on 2 other computers since 2015 and want to put t on a new computer I have a licence for 3 computers and just created  an account which does not show my subscription. I used to be able to insert the licence number in the trial version to activate but I can't fathom how his achievable. Help please.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we request you to uninstall the trial version of AVG using the below instructions :
Open control Panel
Go to list of programs installed
Add/remove programs
Click on AVG Protection and uninstall it, reboot the computer (If you see AVG icon please uninstall it after reboot)
Click on the following link and install your AVG Internet Security : http://avgread.me/1DXPL5z
Use your license key to activate AVG Internet Security.
