I purchased 2 years Anti-virus update for my laptop, have spent hours trying to activate it and now 2014 version has run out,you keep sending me reminders but the instructions do not work, please HELP,    frustrated June

Thanks for answer but you are only telling me what I have tried again and again, when I click on the AVG icon, the panel just tells me my cover has expired, so cannot get the dropdown, even before it was expired the drop down did not show "activate". Anymore ideas, this silver surfer is running out patience!
