I have downloaded the product but the activation code is rejected.
It shows as SUBSCRIBED in my account, but not on my subscriptions.
Double clicking the desktop icon does not lead to "welcome"etc.
I previously had the product but missed the email telling me payment was rejected (had old Visa #)
so I have repurchased it from that email.
