Thank you for your information, we apologize for the difficulties. It seems that we need to activate/ reactivate your AVG Zen dashboard to fix the issue.

1. We request you to open your AVG Zen and click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as log out as admin.
2. Then click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok.
3. Again click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly then you will get pro version installed on it. If not restart your PC once and check for the results.

I've bought AVG Internet Security Unlimited. I've successfully downloaded it to my PC and confirmed my email address to create my AVG account. However, the purchase history on my account shows nothing, and I've not been presented at any stage with a screen that specifically asks me to activate the program. The new program does not show on my PC (apart from in the download folder) - when I click on the AVG symbol on the PC it just gives the details of my existing AVG protection, which expires in 2 days' time.
Will the new program/protection be revealed/activated when the old one expires, or do I need to do something else that I haven't done, to get it properly activated?
Please note that the old and new programs are ascribed to different email accounts (but the same PC).
