I just installed my renewed security, and now it says to enter renewed license number when asked–but it never asked, and I have an X on my AVG icon, and I'm being told I'm unprotected. AVG won't let me log into my account–I'm being told "sorry, we've run into a problem." How do I get what I paid for?
