I can understand the protocol but what happens when you buy the product but your account says you have no subscriptions. The purchase was made 30 minutes ago. Is there a time delay in adding to the subscription list? What I purchased was a multi-device program. Now what?

Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to AVG Internet Security MultiDevice & it is valid till Oct 21, 2020.
There might be few synchronization issues with AVG My Account. Hence, we request you to wait for 24 - 48 hours & then check if the subscription is being displayed.
However, this doesn't impact the functionality of AVG program. You'll be able to install/activate it.
