I have a free trial version of AVG. I purchased AVG PC Tune Up - paid online received all the necessary receipts etc. Now I am trying to activate it but it says its not compatible because of another programme on my P.C. WHAT Programme could this be.
How can I get my refund if I cant use the darn thing.
