I have checked your case, it has been escalated to the developer's team to get the suggestion for a fix.
I have also changed the case priority to hight, soon you will get a reply from them. Your patience is much appreciated.
After a free trial period I wished to buy AVG secure VPN. Anyway after having paid for the product it was not possible to activate, but I got the message "Secure VPN expired" The first line support could not resolve the issue, and it was escalated to next level. After one week there is still no resolution. I wonder why this can be so difficult. I have been a satisfied AVG customer for many years and many products.
