I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG TuneUp activation. I request you to check if you have already installed AVG PC TuneUp, if yes then please uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp from your computer. I have AVG Tune Up (paid version). I have a licence key. I have an email from AVG telling me to activate my product. The problem is that the drop down 'Help' option does not contain an 'Activate Product' Option. Any suggestions ?
