Have you tried clicking options in the upper right and clicking on My Account button? Or have you tried to access My Account through the website? And your OS should not be an issue. XP is a supported system.

I upgraded to AVG Ultimate on 07/01/15. Followed all instructions to install and download. I keep getting alerts that I am not protected and need to renew licence. Have tried to follow activation instructions from myaccount but they don't match up with what I see on screen eg. there is no facility to ' click connect'. Could it be a problem as I am still using Windows XP?
