As you are using CloudCare there is no need to worry about changing any licences as it will be billed by your service provider.
I can see that you were billed for Internet Security 2015, if you are using CloudCare you can get this refunded.

I have AVG Cloud Care Antivirus, version 2015.0.5645, virus database verwsion 4260/89980 (23Jan15)
An e-mail from AVG tells me to activate my licence, although I have been using AVG for some time.
The e-mail instructs me to open AVG, and then to click on "Support", but when I open AVG, there is no "Support" tab.
Since AVG is working well, can I just ignore this, or is there something else I can do?
