My apologies for any inconvenience caused. From your account, I can see that you have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (which can be activated using AVG MyAccount credential) and AVG PC TuneUp (which have to activate using the new license number).
To activate AVG Internet Security Unlimited, I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > click on remove license/logout button > wait for 2 minutes > login to an existing network.
To activate AVG PC TuneUp, please open it > Help/support > activate/reactivate > Enter license number > click Next. Note: If you don't see "activate/reactivate" button then please uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp from your computer (control panel > program and features) and follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG PC TuneUp.

I've purchased avg tuneup avg internet secutity .I've been a customer since 2012. I never had any problems before. Help me activate or I'll cancel my account. Don't tell me to let the tech on my computer because that isn't going to happen. Please help. thank you
