Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We see that you have an active license for AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (2 years)  in your records. Is it the program you are trying to reactivate? Do you now have a trial version installed on your PC and also AVG Zen app installed along with the trial version? Please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the AVG interface you are looking at to assist you better.  
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi all,
I just brought some more protection, and for some odd reason, I can not activate product like the email tells me to do. The picture they sent me and the one I have is different. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
