Activating my subscription

Henning, thank you for updating the status.
I'd like to clarify this to you.
The number of active devices count which shows in my subscription/ used devices, it won't show the exact number of active devices count instantly. It would take maximum 30 days to update the active devices count in the AVG My subscription.
I request you to wait for a few more days and check the status.
Your patience and understanding are much appreciated.

Hello once more!
After receiving your answer with reference to the enclosed article, I got the message that my subscription is active on one device.
But when I follow the same installation procedure on my second pc (located another place) - and then get the information that my pc is now secured - "My subscription" still says that my subscription is still active on (only) one device. . . ?

"AVG Internet security" seems a bit complicated to install . . 
 - Or why  these contradictory messages?

I have tried to activate my subscription of AVG Internet security according to the procedure for this, step 1-8 (activate). I then got the confirmation that my subscription is installed on my computer.
 But when I look at "My subscriptions" I get the information that "your subscription isn't beeing used on any device"! What is right here . .??

However, upon checking our records, we can see that your AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) subscription is not being used/activated on any devices.
Please be informed that all AVG subscriptions need to manually installed & activated after purchase.
Please refer to this article & make sure that your AVG Internet Security is activated.
