Activating new license number

Hi, I've followed the updated steps and it appears that my subscription has automatically updated, therefore I'm asking you to confirm that I don't actually have to 'Activate' my license number.

I have paid for renewal.  Received an email with new license number with instructions to activate it.  I have to open the existing AVG Product and open the "Options" menu - however I can't find the "Options" menu anywhere.  Please tell me where I can find this.

Hi Jill, 

Yes, the expiry date & product will get updated automatically once you entered the new license number. 

In order to confirm it, open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> check its expiry date & License number.

If you have valid details then you are completely protected by AVG, else reenter your license number to perform reactivation.
