Hi Linda,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
I see that you have migrated from AVG Internet Security to AVG Internet Security-Unlimited, hence, you need to activate the same on your computer.
Please activate your AVG Internet Security-Unlimited by following the steps provided in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate
Hi Akash,
Thank you for you answer. I tried to follow the instructions but got stuck again because I seem to miss the "connect" button in the AVG console. I probably have an older version of AVG?
But now I think the main problem is the wrong download was sent to me after I paid. The downloadbutton I used says: Download for Windows AVG Internet Security for Windows. So that's not the unlimited version. Maybe you can send me the right one.
I hope you can help me.
Regards,
Linda
Hi,
This is what I get when I click on "Log out" (it means my subscription will be downgraded)
Hi everyone,
I don't know why it was so difficult, but after many attempts I finally managed to get the new subscription activated The one thing I noticed is that the AVG console is still titled "Internet Security" although I paid for the "unlimited" version. I hope this is correct.
Thanks for all your help!
Regards,
Linda
Hello Linda,
Please send me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the AVG program installed on your computer. We will check if you have latest or older version of AVG installed. We will check the same and assist you further.
Hello (I'm from Holland so I hope I can make myself clear…)
I downloaded and installed my new subscription Internet security (for Windows), but I cannot activate it. The AVG menu only shows the previous subscription which expires soon. In the AVG MyAccount both subscriptions are visible. I cannot figure out what goes wrong. I hope you can help me.
Regards,
Linda

Thank you for providing requested screenshot.
Click on "Log out" option available in Subscriptions window and check whether you get "Remove License" option.
If you get it, click on remove license and wait for the process to get completed.
Once this is done, click on "Enter AVG account" option for entering AVG my account credentials.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) that expires on 25th November 2018.
Linda, I am glad to know that you got your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) activated.
I appreciate your patience and efforts in this matter.
Please be informed that from the latest version you will get the AVG program dashboard opened and not the "AVG management console" formerly known as "AVG Zen".
To access it, you can click on small "HOME" icon which is to left of "AVG Internet Security" dashboard.
