I understand that you are unable to activate AVG paid subscription. I see from your record that you have an active subscription for AVG Secure VPN in your account. Please follow the below steps to install and activate AVG Secure VPN on your computer.
1. Click here to download AVG Secure VPN from the AVG website.
2. Run the downloaded setup file, and if prompted by the User Account Control, confirm permission to begin the installation process.
3. Select your language and click OK, then click Next to continue.
4. Tick I accept the agreement to confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the License Agreement, then click Next.
5. Click Browse… if you want to change the default installation folder, then click Next.
6. Click Install.
7. Click Finish.

I have purchased the premium package and cannot activate.
Secure VPN is now fully installed. To activate this product, open AVG Secure VPN and click on "Go to Zen", this will open AVG dashboard. At the top right corner, you can see "Connect" option. Please click on the same and login to your AVG MyAccount to activate the product.
