Activating purchased products

I dread getting emails saying my subscription have been renewed… follow these instructions to activate… them later… 'hey buddy, you haven't activated you purchased products'.

My screen seldom looks the same as the help screens, or the bits I'm trying to click are grey.

This time, the Help Centre Instructions are in Czech.

I'm trying to activate product on a Mac.
