The authentification process works slightly differently for AVG Zen products than AVG legacy products (Internet Security, PC TuneUp). AVG Zen products do not have license numbers to use for activation. The activation is rather done by utilizing your MyAccount created on AVG website. Your MyAccount holds information about your subscriptions and you need to log in to Zen framework using your AVG MyAccount credentials in order to activate complete funcionality of AVG software. sinnce renewing my avg protection every thing else is working scans etc but it keeps telling me my protection is not activated and my protection expired jan the activate screen is there but it has my old licence number on it and I can't find new one how do i fix this problem?
