I purchased the Complete VIP package from AVG with 10 subscriptions. Activated successfully on two PC's. but unable to activate it on my Samsung Android mobile phone. Have gone through every instruction listed with AVG, keeps failing…  Downloaded AVG Pro from Google Store,  tried every option available, keeps failing.   Contacted Technical Support, it appears I'm not going to get help from there without paying a fee for their support.  Have a case number where I was told I would be receiving instructions in regards to the Android activation problem., still waiting.   Very and frustrated at the moment trying to get a solution to this problem, any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

Can I please get an estimate of how long it is going to take to hear from the support team.  Im still unable to transfer to my Android phone and need to sescure it with more than the free app downloaded from Google Play store.
