Activating subscription

I just got a new phone and I cannot activate antivirus pro on it.  I have two other devices I activated a couple of months ago.  Every time I try to connect to my AVG account, it states there is an error and to contact customer support.  Please help.

Open AVG Anti-virus app.

Tap on drawer.

Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
