We will be able to help you with the activation.
Before that, would like to know whether you have the old or new version of AVG TuneUp.
The reason is, they are entirely different with the appearance, features as well as with the activation.
Provide the screenshot of AVG TuneUp program interface here which will help us to identify whether it is old or new version.

Your email this morn did not assist me in my efforts to activate  tune up which was purchased and paid for last February. Perhaps you could direct me to a more simple system whereby I can do as I did before : go to a activation point , fill in my code and be activated. . Thank you > P G
