I have the same problem.
Tried everything step by step, but nothing.
Everything started yesterday, when I renewed the suscription of TuneUP.
So sad. I have many years used TuneUp without problems. So good application.
My license for the "Tune Up " software expired and I renewed the license. I received confirmation that the order was complete. I downloaded the software but when I attempted to activate it, the screen stated that I had to purchase the software. How do I show that the product has been purchased?
