We would request you to check on both the devices whether the activation code was used and activated correctly.
If yes, please share a screenshot of AVG window where it shows as 1 device code is used through the email that we sent now.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

installed AVG-vpn on two devices: a computer and an iphon. The subscription information shows that protection is used only on one device ?!
