Ik krijg steeds de melding dat mijn abonnement internet security over 10 dagen verloopt, met daarbij een offerte voor verlenging van een jaar voor E 26,-.
Ik heb echter eind mei al verlengd, omdat dat al eerder kon dan de ingangsdatum. Ik heb toen een bedrag betaald van E 80,99 voor verlenging van 1 jaar. Is dat bedrag niet veel te hoog, als ik dit vergelijk met de offerte, die al een paar weken aangeboden wordt?
Kunt u het teveel betaalde restitueren of anders het abonnement omzetten in een driejarig abonnement?
Tevens heb ik een vraag of er ook een mogelijkheid is om offerte te krijgen voor 1 totaal pakket van beveiligingsmogelijkheden. Momenteel heb ik vier pakketten en waarschijnlijk is dat veel te duur.
Kunt u eea voor mij nakijken en mij een goed advies geven? Wij hebben beveiliging nodig voor maximaal 2 computers. Verder heb ik een Apple Iphone 5, is daar ook beveiliging op mogelijk?
