I purchased AVG Ultimate through Best Buy online. I received my activation code through them. When I tried installing through the best but site, it gave me an error message. Online support was no help, the told me to contact AVG.
So i went and downloaded the application through the AVG website. When I put in the activation code, it seemed like it took it, however it asked me for my name, email, and zip code. When I hit continue, it just says "Sorry, something went wrong" and that's it.
Is there a way to enter that activation code on the website?
