I asked about the problem I have with TuneUp a couple of weeks ago. Because it stopped working I had uninstalled then installed again but was required to input a code. I was told that my renewal payment hadn't been processed "yet" and to wait until it had been. It was paid by the bank over a week ago but I still do not have a code and I can't reply to AVG's emails about it because they reject mine as "unsolicited". So -how do I get my code? i have paid for the TuneUP for a long time but when it dropped out although there was time to run on my previous payment I wonder should I bother? Maybe I need to go to another provider for tuning-up?
