I have followed everything that has been given to me. My internet is working just fine and I am still getting this message. I really hate that I am paying for something that doesnt seem to work. I understand about the whole Covid situation and I am sympathic however there must be something that can be done to resolve this issue. I will attach my screen shot again User-added image

I have been trying to update my drivers for the past two days now and it keeps telling me that the activation code that they sent to me in invalid. I have paid everything and nothing is working properly. Why? How do I fix this problem. I dont want my computer compromised. What do I do?
